Glitch or Luck?

There was a DM watching when this happened, and it was the only attempt I did at guessing what number would come off a d100 roll. To add some more information I'll say that I typed the number possibly in the same tenth of a second as the roll message popped up:
The easy way would be trying to reproduce it. But before I do that… what do you think, glitch or luck?
Or there is a third option... synthetic suggestion!
