    If an adventurer looked to the boards with the notices, on the inn counters, and in a few of the establishments, there have been several similar notes posted around and 'hidden' in plain sight. Most are written with the same wording. A few words are changed here and there, a few errors between the pages are scratched out and re-written.

    _To whoever it may concern,

    I have been looking around for information on trees around Narfell. If anyone might be willing to aid me in locating several different varieties (I can collect on my own), there might be some coin in it for them. Or something else could be arranged!

    The loose wood and logs (mostly from dead trees) will be going into making staves and bows. It won't be wasted or merely burned. Any assistance would be appreciated! For more information, I'm usually around Peltarch-
