Transitions and Monsters

Just a little reminder everyone:
Please clean up or at the least put up a warning somewhere if you are chased out of an area by a monster and leave it right on a transition.
Monster AI will generally keep them away from walk-over trans (most outdoor transitions) but don't know how to avoid on-click transitions (doors, caves, etc)
