Strange tidings...

_It seems that there's something odd going on. Travellers speak of sighting orcs gathering in larger numbers than seen in an age on the old war plains near Jiyyd. To the north, the kobolds are moving about beyond their normal rangings, and to the south there's word of duergar being sighted in the Rawlins.
Just what could it all mean?_
