Peltarch - Public recognition and decoration

The time has come to honour the heroes who saved Peltarch during one of her darkest periods, those who travelled across the Icelace and risked life and limb to stop the unnatural storms that threatened to swallow the city whole. Thus, General Neverith sends out invitations to all those who took part to attend City Hall to be recognised for their actions in those days.
