Tales and Rumors Around Narfell - Kezia's Writing Log

This journal differs from its sister tome: its cover is a soft, well-tanned sheet of dark brown leather, obviously crafted by a master leathersmith. Its pages are neatly trimmed and of a uniform consistency, all bound together with black horsehair stitching in the immaculately constructed spine.
A short blurb covers the middle section of the first page:
This journal belongs to Kezia of the Romani.
If found, please return to any of the wait staff at The Dancing Mermaid in Peltarch to claim your monetary compensation.Two pages remain blank before the first full entry, which covers the page from edge-to-edge. Its contents seem to be subdivided between notes and short blurbs pertaining to writing projects and how the information will be allocated.
_Romulus:
- In Jerrick's party from Peltarch
- Druidic gods made glacier in ice lake to bring "peace" back to northern lands
- Rains came from glacier, meant to wash out Narfell
- Jerrick took offer to become guardian in mountains, watch weather patterns as they return to normal
- Cold weather coming back - invest in more furs
Romulus has more information, and an outline of a ballad about Jerrick. Still need to get outline and all notes from him before beginning writing. Also still need to talk to Luke, Talindra and Ashena about what they know. Might invite all to Mermaid to talk over beer._

- (Unrelated) Wolf named Brendel lost a hand because insulted Dwin (?), Jerrick healed him_

The last line is written in large, purposely bolded out print with several underlines.

- Not a boastful person or one to bellyache
- Older than sin
- Very set in his ways; broad-minded and disliked people of narrow thinking
- Wife’s name is Lorelai
- Daughters are Elaine Xixia and Leena Lynn; look in Rawlinswoods
- Tenacious, but kind
- Opinionated, but able to have a conversation and be empathetic
- Could change shape into animals; wolf, tiger known so far (more animals?)
- Took on problems that weren’t his and tried to fix them
- Worshipped all druidic gods, even the unfavorable ones, and earned a bad name from the knights and paladins for doing so_
