New Warning from the Demon Baron Locke

Rumors fly up and down the Nars that a winged demon-spawn appeared just after dark recently on the archer's tower above Norwick's south gate. Those below sprang up and armed themselves, but the winged creature told them to put away their swords and listen to his warning.
He brought a warning from the Baron Locke about Kapolin Sheezah and the four blades. "They are hiding among you, they are you." He warned not to trust them, saying that the four blades were temporarily in the keeping of the Temple of the Triad. Baron Locke would offer aid to any that joined him in opposing them and the half-dragon Kapolin Sheezah.
When one of the listeners mentioned that Baron Locke was an Oscuran, the winged creature said he was no longer permitted back in Oscura.
