I've played with destinydesire1 on other servers on a multitude of characters, he's a quality player who usually plays interesting and 'flawed' characters to add a measure of depth and purpose for the enjoyment of other players as much as himself. I would vote For.

He's appeared nice to me OOCly and most of the IC interactions I've had with him have left a possitive taste. He stays around for RP most of the time and cares much more about building a story than about clicking on red things.
