A Treaty with Ostromog

Word goes up and down the Nars Pass, that a treaty has been signed between Ostromog and Norwick, with the bugbears agreeing to pull out of Norwick and commit to a five year truce. Some grumble about the short sightedness of making a deal with a bugbear, but others are simply glad that the Norwick civilians will be brought to safety.
