Terrorist Attack!

In yet another terrorist attack, this one coming quickly on the heels of two up near Peltarch, it seems someone saw fit to attack the Rats 'n Bats restaurant. The attack collapsed the entrance, a problem which was quickly solved with an earth elemental. No casualties were reported.

Oi'm a Peacekeeper of Oscura now. He flashes his badge momentarily. And Oi'm investigating the murder of at least a dozen people that doied in a cart bomb attack in Oscura outsoide a drinking establishment.
Oi know Oi'm a little late getting round to you, these are busy toimes.
The attack in Oscura had the same modeous operendai as the attack on your establishment. And I feel it was the same people responsible for both.
I was wondering if you received any threats prior to the attack here? Or per'aps observed something suspicious prior to the bombing? Or 'ave any oideas of who did this? Do you 'ave any enemies your aware of?
