Rumors swirl throughout all Narfell about the so-called Grand Auction to be shortly held in Norwick. Some speak eagerly of thousands of gold pieces worth of free prizes to be given away. Other dwell on the valuable, powerful items said to be for sale. And some say that this is all a conspiracy by the drow to get surface wealth.
A persistant rumor has it that the infamous FitzSqee has vowed to rob the auction of every shiny item up for sale.
Another has it that mind flayers will hide in the auction crates, pop out, and eat everyone's brains.
Regardless, most agree it should be a night to remember…
