Blood in Oscura

Rumours abound that a small mob formed in the west gate of Oscura after some considerable commotion. Tales tell of some sort of attack, but what is clear is that in an attempt to route out the culprits, a sort of public trial was held, with slaves being brutally executed. Some say it was just for sick sport, others say that it was an attempt at setting an example, still more claim it was merely "spring cleaning"….
