Life Cycle

_I woke today and felt as though my breath had been sucked out of my body. It hurt to breathe and I was afraid I'd suffocate. I didn't want to disturb Zyphlin, so I crawled out of bed and sat in the great room. I barely made it, but eventually, I could breathe again.
My chest hurt so badly. It felt like a dagger was piercing me through the heart.
Sometimes my body feels numb and my hands are cold.
I must be getting a cold._
