Missing Patrols

People are starting to talk about some Hoarran patrols showing up in small groups in the pass far north of where you would normally encounter any. No one is sure of their purpose quite yet, they aren't stopping anyone from all appearances, and almost always seem to head off into the gnoll lands not be seen again.
