Character: Zack Mel'feyn
PC ID: TheBlueFoxBorn of elven lineage but raised by humans, Zack's upbringing was not necessarily the norm. It was quickly apparent to him that he was considerably different than the rest of his family, so it came as little surprise to him when he learned he was found along the outskirts of a human settlement. It didn't seem to bother him though, His human parents were loving, and though he was something of an outcast and an oddity to those around him, he made due the best he could.
Though of a slender build he was never helpless. He made up for his gentle frame with a a crafty mind and swift hands. When his parents grew ill he often stole to help feed them, baring the scolding of his parents if only to see their smiling faces afterward. After their passing, he found little reason to stay in the settlement, and after borrowing the generous donations of the townspeople and escaping the torch baring angry mob made up of his benefactors, he hopped on a ship and sailed off to see how big the world really was.
Bouncing around from settlement to settlement, enjoying the luxury of cargo holds and buckling himself to the underside of carriages, he never stayed in one place too long. He spent his time studying his people to get in touch with his roots, yet he kept his human first name out of honor to those who raised him. When he wasn't nose deep in a book, he was wrist deep in a pocket, as the allure of that which glitters often catches his eye. His happy little hobby causes him to enjoy both the finest wines, comforts, and women…often just before being chased out of town by the local guard.
