Lilly's Spell Book

  • The first 10 pages are full of names, human, elven, halfling ect. each with two dates next to their name, they stop on the 11th page.

From there you see an ever growing list of spells, copied from scrolls.

Even further into the book you find that she has started writing a journal and sketching things…

  • I must say I’ve had an interesting few days in Narfell since I arrived. The first person I actually spoke with was Elva, she is a wizard like myself, though her favoured school is Evocation. It was much colder than I expected, of course I knew it would be cold but I underestimated it…Luckily a man named Trevor was kind enough to lend me a cloak and invited me on a little adventure to show me around. Trevor has been very nice to me over the few days I’ve been here, unfortunately Casey died. I would have been a lot more upset if Trevor had not given me the gold to bring her back. I will forever be in his debt for that.

I’ve learned so much from being here that I’ve managed to cast second circle spells like bulls strength and Combustion and I’ve gotten better with my wand aim...more or less...also, I unwittingly delivered a human head that had been pickled to someone, a man named Arlan, he told us it was the work of a serial killer who might be targeting him, Trevor and I took the head to the guards immediately. Afterwards, Trevor re-kindled my love for sketching things after seeing some of my older ones and I drew the pickled head from memory.

While I was out testing some spells with a woman named Yukiko we were approached by a strange man in a white coat, who I now suspect to be named “Mont Stallow”. He asked Yuki and I to deliver a bag to the crypts in the Norwick graveyard where we were attacked by several ghouls, only just barely surviving, Yuki and I managed to deliver the bag and we were rewarded with several trinkets, including a staff. Later I was warned by Elva to never trust this man because he was quite dangerous, saying that his science was making abominations. I still don’t know what she meant by that.

I’ve been warned several times about a few people I should watch out for, some do not tolerate the study of necromancy, whether I use it or not. I can assure you these people don’t read many books about magic. Either way I feel it would be best to keep it quiet just in case someone does take offense, but I’m not going to stop using useful spells just because they don’t like them.

Spellweaver keep seems interesting, I am going to look into that further and maybe try to join. I’ve been directed to Aramuil, Ronan and Maria, Elva says that finding Maria would be my best option so I know now to look for a woman with orange robes and orange hair.
