The Lucky Ferret Slip An' Slide:
The team that brought you the Toss An' Thrust Eve now presents a new challenge, the Lucky Ferret Slip An' Slide! This night is dedicated to all things slippery, featuring three themed events, ~fabulous~ outfits, an abundance of both grease and dark, frothy ale, as well as the Ferret's coveted custom-designed prizes!
The Pirate Plank Punt - one greased plank, two opponents weilding sticks, and a small sea of grease below, awaiting the inevitable slip or trip. Plank induced trauma to sensitive parts is a risk, but the treasures awaiting our winner be worth it, arrr! //a duel based on opposing rolls of strength and dexterity - but for every swing you make, you also have to roll reflex for yourself, to not end up losing your own footing on the slippery plank.. and obviously, rolling a one cues much hilarity and pain!
Greasing The Pole - a miniature obstacle course featuring a coarse rope and a greased, slippery pole. The challenge is to climb up the rope to the top of the pole, and then slide down the pole in your best, most appealing, outrageous or innovative manner! Massive bonus points if you manage to do it the other way around - climb the pole and slide down the rope! //A mixture of physical and creative skills - dex/str for climbing vs a set DC for rope and pole, and charisma/perform for how you go about climbing and sliding, oh so prettily! A panel of judges resides, so the overall is decided by both rolls and judges points for emotes.
The Slip An' Slide Wrestle - simple, dirty unarmed combat in a grease-filled ring! Melee damage only, standard house rules, win by subdual or simply by being better at remaining on your feet! Three slips and you're out. No magic. Just grease and grapple! Below the belt IS allowed! //knockdown is allowed.
The event kicks off Saturday 26 March, 11 pm CET (GMT+1) / 5 pm est, the honourable DrDreadlock residing in the DM seat.
