A Camp Along the Water

Those travelling in the boat along the icelace river would have noticed that recently, a large camp has been established alongside it with people apparently settling in for the long haul there. The boats are too far from them to make any real judgments about who they are or where they came from, but from the looks of things it's not just a military force. In fact, children can even be seen amongst them.
