Hoarrans at the South Gate

Three Hoarrans arrive at the South gate of Peltarch and set a small camp. Two are heavily armed and armored, the third not, and all three have white strips of cloth tied around their left arms high up. Making no hostile actions beyond their sheer arrival, they do not bother any traffic coming in and out of the city. They announce to a guard that they are here to seek a meeting with the Senate.

After a few moments of waiting, Ronan comes from out city hall (Introducing himself as one of the senators first) to invite the Hoarrans inside, escorting them to the senate chambers…

At Mariston's invitation the three quickly break camp and follow him into the city, the two armed back slightly and flanking the unarmed. Obviously guards. The only inquiries they make is how long it will take to seek audience with the Senate, before waiting patiently in the town hall to be called in.
