Dog Whistle

_It would seem that the Children of Hoar have a created a whistle that when blown upon draws forth angry hordes of gnolls into the pass. Quite a danger if used by the wrong person. Some say it is a simple dog whistle, however…. when used the other night by a group of adventurers, a most curious thing happened.... Grag came running up asking what all the noise was about.
Perhaps said whistle calls forth more than dogs..._
