A crier has gone around Arnath
As of this moment Uthger is banned from Arnath permanently. If he is seen he is to be barred entrance and the tribunal as well as Arar should be alerted IMMEDIETLY. Any further questions about the situation may be addressed to High Templar Sharr'dak or Head Inquisitor Scyth. Let this be a warning to all as well, be wary who you bring down to Arnath for thier actions will reflect on you.

Chaevre' can be seen moping about lately, no longer her friend to talk to it would almost seem as though she was slightly depressed, if asked about recent events she merely curls her lip and says "he will pay for this"

_All around the city more guards are appearing. Each door, crack, and crevice seems to have a guard at it. All the normal stations have three times the number of guards posted.
The patrols within the city and the near by caverns have been doubled in frequency and in strength.
Word has been spread that no one will enter or leave Arnath without proof of their citizenship, their rag. This rule has been strickly enforced and the guards are brooking no impudence on the matter._
