Giving items to other characters

PCs may gift items to other PCs as is appropriate BUT they should keep game balance in mind. The set crafted item prices stay in place and are enforced but on RARE occasions a crafter may give an item to a non crafting friend. Once bought a crafted item may be gifted.
No player is to transfer items, even through intermediaries, to another character of their own that is twinking.
If we see relatively new characters with good gear, who are not the subject of a retirement package, we will be asking how they got it and may take sanctions.
