Hammerhand's Cabin

Hammerhand wants to build a cabin/roundhouse, at the edge of the Jiyyd chasm. It would mainly be dug into the earth and isolated to preserve warmth, and it would only be one room. Fairly simple, all.
Who can tell me how much it would cost, materials and worker included?

As was recently discussed on this subforum, housing is on hold until a new system can go in place to organise regular payments from PCs for housing. Once it's in place, housing requests will be formally accepted and details will be put up.
