The Nameless Monk returns again

The Nameless Monk was seen returning to Arnath from the surface bearing two large sacks.
She went directly to a small squad of guardsmen preparing for a patrol and spoke to them in a harsh, commanding tone.
They immediately assumed grim expressions, grabbed their weapons, and headed surface-ward.
The Tribune then headed directly to the council chamber.
…one guard was later heard saying the two sacks chinked like coins...like thousands and thousands of coins.
