A new advisor to Councilor Dietrick appointed

Councilor of Defense Dietrick announces to the silver valley that he has hired an advisor for himself, he introduces this person to be a fellow hin-kin by the name of Ethan. An official work title, 'advisor of defense' has been appointed to Ethan for work related purposes. It is stated clearly that the advisor of defense does not hold any authority, whose role and responsibility is solely to advice Councilor Dietrick in matters pertaining to his work, but that his position and identity should be known and recognized.
