Missing Person Signs

Signs have been plastered all over the docks with the following information:

MISSING!
Jim Bob, husband, father, friend and dock worker has gone missing. He was last seen with a woman wearing dark clothing boarding a ship for Oscura about a week ago. If you have any information regarding Jim Bob's disappearance, please contact Sally Bob at the Mermaid or your local guardsman.
A reward of 200 gold is being offered if Jim Bob is found.

Locke takes a different route then Elendel and visits the freed slaves at the west gate. He brings them a fresh meal and goes about speaking to them about the women Jim Bob was last seen with.

A heavily armoured elf with a bitter taste of words mutters a complaining rant over the low value missions he is being sent on by the Oscura Peacekeepers. With a mind set on 'get it done and over with' he begins his search down in the docks with a method of interrogation that couldn't be interpreted as anything but threatening - the target: The ship master himself. The elf didn't say many things here this night, threats aside, the short of it suggested Eléndel was interested in information of the dark robed lady's whereabouts, she who accompanied Jim Bob on the boat to Oscura.

Word spreads that Jim Bob's body was found at the bottom of a chasm in Kuo lands by a pint sized warrior. It appears the poor guy was murdered. There is now a reward of 500 gold for any information leading to the capture of the woman last seen with Jim Bob.

Celad hears of the reward and goes to Oscura, never having been there before, he promptly gets himself lost and almost mugged. He finally befriends a couple of local kids and pays them in food and trinkets to keep an eye out for Jim Bob. Will check back with them in a day or so to see if they discover anything.

Upon learning of this Ferdinand speaks with the Oscuran Dock hand and asks if anyone under the name "Jim Bob" had arrived within Oscura recently. He also heads to see if such a name is counted amongst those who have taken the blood oath. He pays a few young oscuran children some coin to gather up any flyers floating around the dock and after spending a good part of the morning personally looking into the matter he retires to an office in Keeper Tower and puts together a Case File.

Couple of days after the sign is posted, the dwarf cleric Vanderkaus is seem at the streets of OScura.
He heads towards the harbour asking about the logs of people that arrived i the ship Bob was seem going in.
He also tries to gather some nformation on the woman in black Bob was seem with, if anyone knows her, her name, home, etc.
