For a few hours every day the voice of Elidur along with the pristine melodies of various instruments can be heard throughout Peltarch - while it's not necessarily 'bad' noise, it may still be a factor to some. It seems that at the end of each practice the loud symbolic clash of a brass gong can be heard sounding off a few times - signalling the end of 'practice'. Just what's going on is anybodys guess…
