Attack of the ... Trees

"Beware of the trees!"
_What at first might sound like a conspiration against the druid way of life, a deliberate taunt to the tree-huggers, turns out to be backed up about the odd story of trees actually attacking adventurers. Some even go so far to explain how they gave no reason to the trees and were just happy to slaugher half an army of the dog-faced gnolls.
In other stories, the trees were animated and made aggressive by the constant bam-bam-BAM of a bard training his rhyhtm in the woods. That bard - or so some claim - became the trees first victim._

Adriell, one of the more well known druids of the Circle, is seen near these very woods not very long after the reports of the killer trees surfaced. She is seen coming and going from the area over the course of a tenday.
Despite her efforts to ward off curious adventurers that have come to perhaps see these trees, a few go into the woods regardless.
