Player Name (in game): Tpickles211
Player Name (in forum): TpicklesLife on the savage frontier is not an easy one. Bond's to family and one's will to survive are constantly tested. And within these bonds come together the Uthgardt tribes. Unfortunately for Durkin Ungork, the majority of these tribes are human. Therefore Durkin lacked many of the family ties that kept others to his tribe. So despite his lack of intelligence, Durkin was often inspired to study works of his divine lord Uthgar. Years of study lead to Durkin reaching shaman-hood. Imbued with Uthgar's will and lonely past, his divine rage easily bested the mere human rage of his brethren. The head shaman was quick to notice Durkin's qualities. And one night his mentor, Rothgar Skywrath called upon Durkin…
As the rain beat hard upon the the hut, the old shaman spoke quietly to the young dwarf. He gave knowledge of the great deserts and forests to the west that this young dwarf was to cross over in a quest. And with the flickering fire from the rampant winds came light to see the dwarf shed a tear. The old man noticed the grief that came with such a quest. He uttered some words that the sitting dwarf has held to his heart since his departure,
"I know the way we humans cast our visions upon you, young Durkin, but all that shall change when you find and bring back the spirit of the tribe. Durkin, you shall bring back the mighty Thunderbeast!"
The old man reached out his hand and placed it on the young dwarf's shoulder. The dwarf's head now bent to hide the sadness within it; it arose to nod just before the dwarf left the hut. Durkin would be the hero of his tribe, the mighty warrior with the will of the Thunderbeast.
