Okay. So i'll admit. My brain is fried, i've gone through 3 of the 4 exams today, and i don't feel like studying for "health" yet because really…its health
So I got bored and started looking around sites and found a list of the Forgotten Realm's year names up to 1600
So then i shrugged, said i was bored, and delved into some researchgin...
The 3e Campaign of Faerun was in 1372 DR, the "Year of Wild Magic"
Narfell, when it was created, was said to be 50 years after the 3e canon, placing it at 1422 DR, "Year of The Advancing Shadows".
A post on Biowares sight set Narfell's 6 month anniversary around January 2003. (New]Further research puts its start time as May 02. Due to this, the previous calculations were slightly off, and below are now adjusted(New). Since the "basic" accepted time for narfell is 1 month = 1 years we have this equation:
8 months (8) + all of 2003 (12) + all but december of 2004 (11) = 1453 DR, "Year of Knowledged Unearthed".

And for those DM's out there wanting a bit of spice or inspiration. I need to get my 3e Forgotten Realms book again but the names of the years were documented by some old smart wizard guy or something years ago and it is said that each one generally has some meaning to it. So if you ever are looking for something fun to base a plot around, or just to throw random things in, take a look at the year that corresponds with the current RL month we're in in the coming year and you may find something fun. Just looking at the list i could already think of a lot of fun possiblities

Peltarch has some trouble inbound this month that will be followed shortly by a rise in the magic-user population that will result in a magical glowing onyx of unknown powers. The birth of a prophesied (is that the right word) legend (good or bad?) brings about a struggle of between forces protecting the child and those seeking to kill him/her. The sails then get a run in with agressive sea beasts … that are guarding an abandoned treasure? Big cats return, much to the dismay of farmers and herders, luck takes a turn for the worse, and ... then there is a tawny feline ...
