I searched all 14 pages and came up with nothing, so now I'm going to ask.
Are there any PS chests available in Oscura?
If so, are they the same price as everywhere else?
If so, how soon can Buurbag obtain one?

The only public PS in the mod is Droibos, formerly of Jiyyd, now in Peltarch.
If you don't want to or can't use that, you'd need to join a guild or buy/rent a residence and get PS there.
