Askin about for an enchanter

A young man has been frequenting the local ale houses asking about for a capable enchanter who might be able to do some work in regards to making some special tools. He leaves his name, Vick Blake, and that he can be contacted at the Far Scouts headquarters or often after noon near the sundial.
