_From within the depths of the Rawlinswood one night, on the dark shadow of the wooded hills to the southeast, flashes of light and flame can be seen over the curtains of freezing mist.
Demonic howls and shrieks waft into Norwick on the wind, along with an oddly birdlike cry of 'WAAAAAAARK WARK WARK'.
Before morning, the noises and lights cease, and the thoroughly spooked guards relax a little. But just a little._

Yngdír soon realizes that there are more things in the deep forest than Goblins and keen-nosed beasts. With each other tree he passes, or step he takes, it seems more-and-more as though something might be watching him. A gut feeling. Perhaps some knowledge from before. He has walked this part of the forest many times, but now it seems there is too much evil for him, and the odds leave to small a window for success - and he is forced to withdraw.

Belma'r can be seen talking with Teli about the vile penguanis, the only time he seems to have any worry at all is wehn a certain "joe" is mentioned. What powerfull creature could outshine a pit fiend is anyones guess. Before tlaking with her he makes this satement to the people around her.

Telli follows behind Scout Brendel and speaks with each Guard he does in a calm and collective tone. One that airs to caution rather then fright, but none-the-less to the point…

after her speech to each guard she shows them a picture of the vile creature so they can pass on the warning to those fool hardy enough to SEEK out this creatures where-abouts.

_Perhaps to the common man it is a curious thing, that Yngdír would choose to leave the south gates of Norwick only when it rains heavily. The obvious advantages of having one's sound, and scent masked by the constant downpour may be lost on even the smart adventurers, who know too little about stalking prey.
It doesn't seem to matter anymore whether it's night or day, these demonic cries have intrigued him - and he will find out whats making them. One rainy day he sets out again - but he does not return._
