Theodopholus is the only son of Althea Silverleaf, a Druidess of the Silverwood. He has an older sister, Delinara, whom he has never met.
Raised by his mother in the following of Mielikki, Theo (he found early that shorter lived races had no taste for the length of Elven names) has lived his entire life in the company of Druids, Rangers and other people of the forest.
A follower of the logic of the Circle of Life, Theo knows that everything has a time and place. He also knows that there is a balance in all things, but that does not mean that strength must give way for weakness. After all, the predator's job is to ensure that the prey does not overwhelm the ecology.
In his personal life, he tries to balance nuturing with practicality; Healing with knowledge of combat.
Theo only recently attained his initiation as a Druid. At the height of the rights, when he asked the Lady of the Forest to accept his service, Her answer was, "I will, but you must go where I need you, and that is not your home."
When Theo opened his eyes, he found himself in Norwick with the fading thought, "Be well, My priest. There are people that need your counsel and support. You will help the land by helping them."
