Captain Dietrick informs the people that there is currently a plague within Peltarch and they are highly recommended not to go. At the bottom of the poster, dragoons scribble:
"Plague in City. Do not go!"

Several smallfolk citizens take a break from their workday to read the poster. Some chatter excitedly, and say it might be worth a long trip north to see a good show. Others tell of how they won't set foot anywhere near Peltarch with the dreaded Gnome Hunter at large.
