Have you seen a flying ship?

An odd girl in a sky blue wool robe, wearing a cape of stars, and using a walking stick has been seen asking people if they have seen or heard of any recent sightings of a 'flying ship' called the Star Harpy. She has also been going on asking about 'Star Metal.'
Most agree she is probably touched but considering she is offering money for information many say they will keep an ear out.
