Merudo:a ghost of a ghostwise

Merudo was born of two ghostwise halflings in the Chondalwood. However, something was odd with Merudo. Unlike the other ghostwise halflings, Merudo never developed the ability to express himself telepathically like the other in his tribe. Because of his inability, he did not develop a strong link to his family and tribe. He seemed to shut himself off from the rest of the group and commit himself to studies. Apparently his lack of telepathy was compensated for his extreme learning ability. He mastered several languages other than his own. He was always self-motivated to study to make up for not being telepathic.
Along with his studies, Merudo took up studying mechanical contraptions. He developed a strong liking to things mechanical, as he obviously lacked the magical link between his family and friends. This set him further aside from his tribe. As his mechanical abilities flourished, his social life suffered and died. Eventually, Merudo found that he must leave his tribe and the Chondalwood behind.
During his travels, his knowledge was applied for simple survival. Merudo quickly picked up a set of survival skills to accompany his many book-smarts.
After not too long he arrived in the city of Peltarch, along with receiving a citizenship.
