A halfling presence in the city

One evening, a lone figure is seen riding a war pony to the city. After putting the mount to the stables, the lone figure donning a breastplate with a huge sword across his back is seen heading towards the docks. Those who know him, would recognize him as the halfling warrior Dietrick. Dietrick appears to be staying in the city for a period, his reasons unclear. Though those who pay attention to his movements would observe him visiting the docks frequently for long periods and he is seen conversing with the people there and asking many questions. Dietrick currently takes lodging in the lucky ferret inn.
