The Caverns Outside Oscura

Are now declared off limits by order of Captain Bokelgein, in the case of safety of the city, until a proper agreement has been made in regards to the issue.

By order of Captain Bokelgein and the Tribunal, the ban is now lifted and anyone may come and go as they wish. People are warned and advised to stay on high alert though.

The warning sign by the West Gate is now added onto by a guard, declaring that while the West Gate is off limits still, permission can be granted for an individual or group to be let out there by any Tribune member.

_A large group was seen by the West Gate, asking for permission to enter the caverns beyond the other day. Several of them were Peltarch employees and seem to be greatly concerned that the creatures in the caverns are something bigger than just Oscura.
Although it was said during a talk between Captain Bokelgein and Lieutenant Aelthas of the Defenders that Oscura doesn't want to bring the creatures to the city to attack, so they aren't allowing people out, it was also said that piles of dead children, men and women have been found already, Oscuran citizens and other non-citizens and that the war has already started between the city and the Illithids minions. Aelthas stressing that the city cannot stop the dimensional doors from opening if and when the Illithids want to come into Oscura itself and that the problem needs to be solved, encouraging the city to make a decision quickly to work with the other cities who are also being affected.
In the end, the group disbanded and parted ways politely for the most part after the talk and some tea, served by a kindly Oscuran Wizard._
