Stolen Horses!

It seems that four horses have been stolen from Norwick!!
A note informing of this turns up near the fire it reads:

Looking for your horse?
Just not where you left it?
Because your horse was not stabled it has been… Confiscated.
If you wish to see your horse again, payment is required.
That’s 100 gold for a normal horse and 600 for the stronger war horse
This money is to be left unguarded on the rock just out side the north gatethe four horses are:
Devlin's war horse
Grags's war horse
Ludo's horse
Valad's war horse(PM me for avalible payment times)

//Ludo's horse should have been there unless he clicked on a hiching post, after the horse was stolen but before he knew. Not everyone checks the forums before logging in, like I do. Or someone else may have moved his horse, Who knows? But the horse theif is still at large! Will he strike again?

Because the guards of Norwick aren't eyeless, Devlin quickly asks each guard on duty if they had seen anybody messing with the horses, and if so, where they were taken and who took them.
