Rumors spread that the charitable bard Mirkali has passed away mysteriously. No one truely knows how this occured and speculation runs rampant but some state that the Bard angered some very powerful people who wanted his support for the campaign and that he had made some prophetic statements before his passing of what he thought they would do.

_After the great party of heroes entered back into the city Zyphlin can be seen in the commons somewhat often telling his tale. As time goes on, key points become rumors though the full story can be heard often.
Word passes that it was Senator Roland and Zyphlin that heard words of a plot by someone within the city to hire out pirates and mercenaries to violate the tomb of the great Fisher King for political reasons and organized the trip. Though it was later found out that whoever hired them was douped by the conniving Lord Hashnar.
Many women seem to swoon at the thought of the brave Shannon…in many stories now turning up bare chested...wrestling and beating a massive Fire Giant.
The tale of Rolands slaying of the dragon after uncovering the truth of its dealing with his ancestors is wide spread, as is the recovering of his families ancient armor and the gifting of an ancestral sword of House Brynmor.
The names of the brave heros also is rather remembered, as the tale of a Dragon Slaying had not reached Peltarch for some time._

:: A man, "Z" was heard to be spreading rumours about encountering zombies within the morgue in the docks district. A red robed elf named Arikess and a bard named Lilly was seen later accompanying him there, supposedly an hour later it is said they have gotten rid of the zombies, though the caretaker there is nowhere to be seen, some rumour him to be killed by the zombies, others believe he is a practioner of necromacy who is behind the zombies themselves.::

a white haired bard was seen speaking with Eowiel about the campaign… after hearing her support for the paladin his questions became a bit rough and biased... his exiting words were "The paladin will screw things up, Eowiel might do some good, and the other is probably in it for himself"

Apparently the red-haired warrior-woman has brought a cow to Hemrod's stable from far south, with the help of some friends and placed it in his stables.

Rumors spread fast of a group of bards from Hoarsgate performing all throughout the city – they have some interesting stories about senatorial election candidate Tidus Clodpin, too...

One morning saw the streets of the commerce district swarming with rats, small and huge in various degrees of filth, pouring up from drains and gutters in the city, sending most womenfolk into a massive frenzy of horror. Eowiel Senella hired a small band of mercenaries to deal with the problem on behalf of the City and it seems to have been resolved, much to everyone's relief.

For those who keep up with the towns gossip, ol' Pete the guard has been sighted more in the local taverns. Apparently he has been heard mumbling while staggering home to his wife and children.
"Twenty five years I have given to the service of Peltarch, and some Outlander with a citizenship paper, because he is too cheap to buy a traders permit, comes and tries to discredit my name with farking lies! And all this because he wouldn't pay a 100 gold fine when caught red-handed picking the lock of the main gate."

Stories spread about Pete Rione Refusing arrest outside the gates of peltarch, as his accuser, one of the guards could not accuse him of a crime, after Pete opened the gates for his friends.
The guard swong his axe at pete, as pete easily dodged and ran south. The guards need more training if they intend to defend the city.
Pete can be found in Jiyyd for any that wish to hear his case on the hot headed guard, but pete will not spend a year in a cell just to be aquited.
((OOC note: while NWN requires that a player retaliate against an attack, Pete would not punch a guard and as such, that is to be ignored as if it never happened.))

word speads of Mariston charging at Rass to aid a defender captain, when the fearful aura fo the beast struck the young knight quaffed a potion which seemed to nullify the effects

Word spreads that Zyphlin was seen fighting alongside the defenders in the pass, and is said to have aided in dealing the killing blow against one of the eastlander's high assassin captains that had snuck into the defending camp during an attack. However after the blow it is said he suffered a near fatal wound as fire licked over his body. By the aid of clerics near by and the grace of Tymora he hung onto his life and is said to be recovering after the battle inside the theater for a few days.

_After a long and bloody adventure, a woman with a slightly white-brown'ish robe and a drawn up cowl can be seen returning with a wounded group from the Foothills, looking severely charred. While the party disperses, others head to the temple, while others collapse.
Some days later, the same wizardess is seen looking for the leader of the far scouts around peltarch, her cowl always drawn up during the day time._

..An orange haired bard was escorted by the Magistrate Barrim, senator Roland, knight Mariston, and defender soldier Shannon to the senatorial office a tenday ago..
..Nathen Wingates was seen strolling out of the Mermaid whilst covering a yawn in the Peltarch commons some time after. He was seen draping himself on a bench, and chatting with the locals. He was even welcomed warmly by one Eowiel Senella with a hugged embrace in the commons, some say. 'Seeming' to be his old self again, but not quite entirely; something's… changed.. as for what, the rumors hardly get into detail..

so, like this redhead girl gets arrested... it was hilarious, the judge ordered her arrest like, and then..
Eowiel had to come up and explain herself again, and she confessed openly she was jealous of the redhead girl and her relationship with Zyph...
..ah man, it was great, the drama, I thought next his pregnant wife would come in, or.. maybe Zyphlin would confess to be gay.

I was just putting what the likely reactions would be once rumor got hold of it, if there is a problem with it I can edit or it can be removed. Most is vague and some is obviously farfetched, exactly what rumor usually is.

_A fair number of bards and messengers are seen going around the city talking about Zyphlin. In the taverns, they are liberal with their coin and buy free rounds as they discuss Zyphlin's campaign. Some talk about how he has finally been found innocent of all charges despite attempts to frame him by Banites and other unsavory types. Others regale listeners with tales of his heroic deeds in Narfell.
"I still remember when he spoke to the troops in the civil war…"
"I hear he came close to catching Koreth, too..."
"...and remember when he helped old Bromley cure the plague?"
"I saw him defending the temple alone when it were attacked by demons!"
The various bards say little about other candidates, though they speak favorably of Mariston and Eowiel if they are asked._
