Build 9 Narfell Item Enchantment Guidelines

The link below is to the loose first draft of Narfell's new Item Enchantment Guidelines. We are still tweaking a few things and changes may be made by the time of its actual launch in conjunction with Build 9. That said, we are putting it forward now for people to be able to get a look at what we're planning for item enchantment. The retirement package, if taken currently, will also be using this preliminary setup.
