_Smallfolk scouts report on the discovery of a quiet valley to the northwest of old Norwick. It's rumoured to be a lovely site with fresh water and fertile land that can be cleared for farming.
In no time at all, word spreads and the smallfolk refugees that had been camped throughout Norwick and Peltarch pack up their belongings and move to the site of their new settlement. They begin working right away to clear farmland, build roads and bridges, build homes, and even a tower. Silver Dragoons guard the entrances, ever watchful for the possibility of goblin and bugbear invaders._
