…clouds roll over and blanket the area in front of the gates. Bolts of lightning blast down, one after another, into the earth before the gates as the guards shout in alarm and dive for cover.
When the barrage ends, the guards peek over the gates to see the following burned into the ground:
"GIVE THE FORESTER BACK OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES"
A quick game of cards is held to determine who has to go tell Dwin. The loser trots towards the Great Hall, wincing. "Bloody druids..."

Telli comes grumbling into town about unappreciative hinnak and their need to piss Telli off. If approached…
"Da hinnaks fines... buh now deys neva gonna helpedededs Norwick. Dey tinks we as evil and a big a threat as da death buggy bears...Least its saids its juss gonna kill anyone dats enters "der" land. So tink da towns safe mebbe... buh what's der land is anybodys guess since deys juss GOTS heres."
Mutters heading back to Jiyyd for recent war preparations and tending to Silvery Valleys crop blight.

Asking around would reveal that Telli, apparently with Dwin's blessing, took the statue off some where well before Chaevre left for her negotiations.

_After speaking to the hinnak and explain her blunder, Chae promised to have the girl returned immediately.
She returns to Norwick and seeks out the first norwick official she sees, in this case it was Elyl, and tells him that she will reverse the flesh to stone and see the hinnak girl returned to her people.
After preparing the neessary spell, Elyl reports that the statue was no where to be found, Chaevre' gave him a day to bring her the statue before she returned to the hinnak empty handed._

_After asking around for Dwin to find out about why he is so upset about the hinnak prisoner, Chae speaks with Dietrick about the statue, apparently he tells her that the hinnak was not an enemy of norwick and was an ally to something called the 'other circle' which he did not elaborate on, which Chae presumed to be a group of Druids.
When it was made clear that her actions could threaten some form of peach that norwick had with the other druids and the hinnak Chae realised her mistake and sought out a norwick official so she could have the statue back to return to flesh and escort back to the forest.Aramuil claimed that it was taken care of by Telli, but having not seen Telli about or the hinnak since the incident she did not believe him.
After a while Chae asked Belia where she might find these druids so that she can go and apologise for her mistake in person and explain how the misunderstanding happened._
