General Grag's horse caught on a cliff

Those who travel the pass will see an unusual and uncomfortable sight if they look to the clifftops as the wander their way through. It seems that General Grag of the Legion left his horse untied in Jiyyd, and the poor beast wandered out looking for its master.
Currently, it's stuck up on the cliff edge, with no way down and no-one has any idea how it got up there. It may be hurt though, as it is lying down and is unresponsive.
Bear, a druid of the Circle tried to get to the creature to rescue it, but he couldn't find a way to do it safely. He sends word to the Legion of this mishap, and advises them on the location of the stricken beast.
For the moment, he contents himself with staying near the creature and trying to ensure that no predators get to it, as well as keeping some food and water on hand should it stir.
