After speaking with Drelan, the figure inquires about 'Ronan of Norwick'.

The figure lurks outside the Shining Coppers, waiting for the man.

It would be known that those that seek drelan ashire have to come to him. Though some might know he is often in the shining coppers.

After a few days of silence, the figure starts asking for 'Drelan Ashire'.

They ignore attempts at contact and keep their distance if approached.

The figure beckons for the men and women to come closer, then turns into an alley to see if they are willing to approach.
