Howling Tong not welcomed

Dietrick passes orders to the dragoons to exclude a particular tribe of hinnak, the "howling" tong as our allies. Orders explicitly detail that these are not to be regarded as allies and are on contrary enemies. They are to be shot on sight. Dietrick identifies them to wear mainly green outfits. New instructions are for all hinnak visitors to be identified as to which tribe they are from from now on. Thunder Tong are still to be welcomed warmly as allies.

New measures are now implemented. All hinnak visitors will now require the escort of a dragoon while they are inside the valley. Dietrick claims this is to prevent any from the howling tong from entering in the guise as a thunder tong hinnak.
