    Official escort will no longer be required for those persons on legitimate business in the Old Norwick Graveyard.

    Entering the graveyard for inappropriate or mischievous purposes or intentions is henceforth forbidden and will be severely punished.

    The Militia cautions citizens and travelers that the graveyard should be considered unsafe, and casual travel there should be avoided.
