The elf behind the statue

A elf with a hood andm aks is seen hideing, sleeping and eatign behind the right statue of the norwick crafters hall, when ever someone aproachs when he is sleeping or not he is qucik to roll behind the foot of the statue and try to hide. When he is seen he curls up tight puttign his hand over his head and exposeing his back as a shield as if they where going to hit him. When he is curled up he is often heard says "i go way, i go way" untill the person goes away and he stays curled up, releaved but still defensicve till he knows there long gone. Some would say he is crazy, thinking he will just "disapear" is rediculous and often laugh at him when he whispers.
