On heavy ivory coloured vellum in an eastern calligraphic style
" I seek a bowyer. Either Oathsworn like myself, recommended by an Oathsworn or of the Guardians like myself. They need not only be highly skilled but also intimately familiar with the peculiarities of the bow-style of Kara-tur, perhaps raised or trained there in their art. It would be simpler for myself if they also understood sign language, but I am willing to write and draw specifications if needed.
The note is signed with a complex and large kanji seemingly made up from several others, then afterwards..

I know bow making well. However, I do not know anything about Kara Turan bowyering. Myself, Star, Eluriel or even Ginger are the best bets as far as accomplished bowyers in this area.
